At Natural Life Patricia, we offer several shipping options to meet your needs:

- Express Shipping: ￡5.99
- Next-Day Shipping: ￡8.99
- Free Shipping: All orders over ￡50 qualify for free shipping.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Order Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
The cost of shipping will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery estimates are as follows:
- Flat Shipping: 5-7 business days
- Express Shipping: 2-3 business days
- Next-Day Shipping: 1 business day
Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as inclement weather, natural disasters, or carrier delays.
Customs, Duties And Taxes
Natural Life Patricia is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
Natural Life Patricia is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
